Project Work in the Field
The project work involves an in-depth, research-oriented examination of current issues in transportation and land-use planning. The projects combine theory-based foundations with empirical surveys, data-driven analyses, and practical concepts. In doing so, the project groups independently work on specific case studies, develop solutions, and test methods that bridge the gap between academic research and municipal practice.
Detailed information on the content, methodological approaches, and respective advisors can be found on the subpages for each project.
Here you will find further information on project-oriented study programs at the department at the bachelor’s and master’s levels.
